VENUE

Unless otherwise noted, all events will be held in the Davis Museum and Cultural Center complex. The Collins Cinema is across an archway from the Davis Lobby main entrance; its entrance is through the Collins Café.

Parking is free in the Davis Parking Facility located just inside the Route 135 entrance to campus, on your right.

The Davis Museum is a short walk down the main campus road from the parking garage. Walk past the Lulu Chow Wang Campus center and a small red brick building; turn right into the next small road. The Davis Museum is a large red brick building on the corner of that road. Walking along the side of the building that faces that road, you’ll see an archway with steps leading up into the building’s courtyard. The Collins Café will be to the right of the arch; the Davis Museum lobby will be to the left. Ahead of you is the courtyard and another archway leading through the Jewett Art Center and into the main quadrangle of the campus. Pendleton West is to your left, adjoining the Jewett Art Center.

Public transportation:

The campus is easily accessible by commuter rail. Take the Framingham/Worcester line to Wellesley Square (the third of three Wellesley stops when coming from the east, the first when coming from the west). The train station is on Central Street/Route 135, a pleasant 15-minute walk to the Davis Museum. Follow Central Street/Route 135 west to the campus entrance and proceed as above.

Students coming from the Boston area may also use the Wellesley/MIT exchange bus, which makes hourly runs between MIT and Wellesley. Student, faculty, or staff ID are required to board the bus, and must be purchased in advance. The Wellesley-Babson-Olin shuttle also operates Monday through Friday. The Senate bus runs on weekends between Boston, Cambridge, and Wellesley. Schedules are available at www.wellesley.edu/Transportation/index.html
